While in this session with me, you can ask a specific question regarding any life situations you would like your angels guidance with, or you can receive guidance on what the angels want you to know right now. Unforgiveness can be a painful, debilitating presence in many people's lives. It doesn't have to be any longer. The angels have given me a powerful forgiveness meditation that provides the opportunity to be free of the bondage we have put ourselves into. We have the power to forgive, move on, and enjoy the rest of our lives and become the happy, free, loving spiritual beings we were born to be. You will embark on a beautiful guided journey during this meditation, then you will recieve a message/guidance from your angels, followed by reiki on your heart chakra to help release and let go of any unforgiveness remnants. You will also be given a rose quartz stone that will be infused with the energy of your reading, as well as with reiki energy, for you to use as needed. this could be the most important time you ever spend with yourself!
"Heavenly" You will take a guided meditation journey through the chakras (about 30 minutes), then recieve an Angelic Reading / Coaching Session, (about 30 mintues) and finally enjoy a relaxing reiki treatment (about 30 mintues).

First Degree Reiki is a basic course consisting of two evenings. During this class you will learn the history of Reiki, basic knowledge of the chakras, and receive a total of 4 attunements whchi allows the Reiki to flow through you so that you can give Reiki to yourself and others. Also you will be taught the basic Usui Reiki hand positions for self treatment and for treating others.

Spend a fun-filled afternoon and learn how to make an all-purpose cleanser, bathroom cleanser, stain remover, glass cleanser, and furniture cleanser. Each person will leave with at least one of the products made.

This overview will include the history of Herbology highlighting a variety of herbs. You'll be sampling and make teas, learn the actions of herbs, weights and measurements and how to create a Materia Medica for the plants. Salves, Oils, Balms and Ointments will be discussed. In this workshop we will explore and learn about 8 herbs and their uses in cooking and the health benefits also. This will be a relaxed, informal chat with tea and treats to learn about, dandelion, garlic, ginger, peppermint, oats, rosemary, sage and thyme. Handouts with materia medicas and recipes will be provided.
This class will learn how to make tinctures and capsules. You will take home a tincture of your choice. We will be discussing the liver and allergies. You will leave with recipes and a plan of action to cleanse your body before allergy season begins.
