Learn why you should and can easily grow some of your own food, learn the basics of getting your garden growing this year, including: plot siting, soil building, composting, bed preparation, seed selection, seed starting, companion planting, growing, harvesting and storing your bounty!

Mythology of many cultures has the rainbow as a connection between Heaven and Earth, spirit and physical, and body and mind. Colors of the rainbow are equal to the 7 major chakras. Is this a "coincidence" or are these chakras a bridge to health and our higher self??
Join Joyce on this journey exploring one chakra a month, learn what emotion and parts of the body are associated with each and how this knowledge can help your mental and physical well being and health. Also included will be a number of different means to help recognize "blockages" and balance each chakra.
