Unforgiveness can be a painful, debilitating presence in many people's lives. It doesn't have to be any longer. First Degree Reiki is a basic course consisting of two evenings. During this class you will learn the history of Reiki, basic knowledge of the chakras, and receive a total of 4 attunements whchi allows the Reiki to flow through you so that you can give Reiki to yourself and others. Also you will be taught the basic Usui Reiki hand positions for self treatment and for treating others.

In this workshop we will explore and learn about 8 herbs and their uses in cooking and the health benefits also. This will be a relaxed, informal chat with tea and treats to learn about, dandelion, garlic, ginger, peppermint, oats, rosemary, sage and thyme. Handouts with materia medicas and recipes will be provided.
This class will learn how to make tinctures and capsules. You will take home a tincture of your choice. We will be discussing the liver and allergies. You will leave with recipes and a plan of action to cleanse your body before allergy season begins.
Second Degree Reiki sets much into motion on all levels. It has a particular effect on the chakra system and your intuition and healing ability is greatly expanded. In this 2 evening class you will receive an additional 2 attunements. You will be taught the Usui Reiki symbols for self and distant healing with detailed explanation of the 3 symbols and different uses for them.
